    I use nero
    pick vcd in the wizard
then fine the mpg on your desktop and drag to the bottom of nero, it will check and kick a error about it not being a standard compliance vcd and give 2 options
you need to pic turn off standard compliance and continue
then just hit burn at the top

Alrite i get the error but i dont get the options, nero says it will auto encode it but i dont want that to happen cause it already is encoded. I am using version 5.5.

some parts are a little pixelated. Is there anything to do to reduce that? If not thats fine, its def viewable.

well you can add your on avisynth scrip to clear up parts
sharpen and such, plus you really need a dvd to get the best KVCD, its just not as good with divx/xvid and the like
    YMMV
