He was already a member of SCC and I think he is a Romanian user which means he is banned at SCC and you will get banned if you invite him

Are you sure about that? I've seen a guy called Swift or Swiftie on GFT and he has the same avatar (well the previous avatar) as this Swift, and GFT has a strict Romanian policy.
At any rate, thanks for the heads up about him being an ex-SCC and being Romanian.
