Meh - I fall asleep at 8 these days, then I get up at 6 the next morning.
Mind, I have to get up like 8 times to go for a pee so it just about evens out at 8 hours of sleep if I'm lucky.

Seriously, usually between 10:30 and 11:30 on average, I think.
