ehh, i seed over 20 torrents, but today all of them not counting points, because uT announce say's "Tracker sending invalid data: <NULL>"

Try removing "tracker." from the announce URL. For example:

Old URL
http://tracker.hdchina.org/announce.php?passkey=xxxxx...
New URL:
http://hdchina.org/announce.php?passkey=xxxxx...

If you use uTorrent, you can highlight all HDChina torrents, right-click one of them, and edit the address for that one - all others will be modified as well.
