Does anyone have experience with Server.lu refurbished servers?

Does anyone have experience with up/down speeds from this servers?

I have two of the those servers... however, they weren't refurbs at the time.. They are just the same specs as the refurbs before they upgraded their hardware and prices.
I'm not sure if that is considered the same or not, but if yes - the speeds are pretty good, pretty reliable as well.. occassional 3-5 minute network disruptions, but those are less often now as they used to be.
