I am sure it is a great card...but what it really comes down to is the "all in wonder" bit. I really could care less for the "all in wonder" bit. And that is what you pay the price for. It is my understanding that you can find the 9600 pro for about $140 USD. What does this one cost?

that one is cool but i preffer something with video capturer included, so i can watch TV in my pc
