I am new to the world of vcd's

I have been reading some of the other topics and have noticed there is software called cutoff.exe.

This would be very useful for me and I was wondering if somebody could give me a link to where I can download it. Thanks

AL'right mate.You could've most prob put all your three threads in one mate.

avi,dvd to (s)vcd Use tmpgenc.Full guides at http://dvdrhelp.com .ITs most probabily the best for cutting too.Or just use the source range feature and encode one half at a time.You could also make kvcds to fit a whole movie on one cd.
