    Conversion is going to take 12-14mnths. Personally I would class this as a gimmick. I'm starting to not to like Cameron, he's milking his movies.

    Pretty soon "Chaplin Collection in 3D" (or something like that) is gonna hit the stores...

    Titanic??? 3D icebergs? LOTR makes more sense. I'm surprise the porn industry hasn't made much noise about 3D.

    3. The Lord of the Rings trilogy – It would be far too likely that all the careful perspective shots director Peter Jackson used to establish the differences in characters’ size would be lost, or at least badly screwed up, by the 3-D conversion process.

    i hope it true , wat u said that they r coming in 3D..as we see the advancements in the motion films...i am not amused tat they or any future movies are gonna be made in 3D.

    Hhum, perhaps Cameron signed some deal with Samsung to help market their new 3D home televisions.

    with 3D TVs coming to public use its the next best move for movie industry. I wonder whos gonna make the first TV series in 3D?
