With 100 seeders Ive gotten 320k. Just make sure that you follow all the stuff posted above and that you do not let your uploads clog your bandwidth (put it to something that is below you max but is still high so your share rating is good. experiment with the uploads rates)

I just downloaded The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003 from Bit Torrent and I've gotten over 220 kb's in speed and it had hundreds of seeders and peers, and surprisingly for me it didn't freeze once!
