ppl i am looking for mp3 encoder(not ripper) using dbpoweramp,wondering is there any other better encoder and tag editor that has lame inbuilt
yesterday i re encoded a cd ripped with EAC at 192Kbps to 320Kbps with dbpoweramp and noticed a little loss in quality treble increased bass and audio reduced.any suggestions?????

EDIT: 192kbps mp3 --> wav (cd) --> 320kbps mp3 will give you a loss in quality (the end result will be worse than the original 192kbps mp3). it will decrease with every lossy transcode you do, and there's nothing you can do to change that.
i don't know about encoder, i've myself used lame and cmd when transcoding wav/flac to mp3, and EAC when ripping CD's.

You can try Mediacoder. I use it alot. It deals with both audio and video and has a lot of built-in coders and decoders
