"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
i myslef dont care much of level but i say level every now and then because its an important factor, and no one can deny it.
if i give a IPT invite to anyone their are every possibility that my invitee will not use that account and even if he uses that account he may stop using that account after some time or he may get disabled due to inactivity.every one knows that IPT are easy to get and everyone becomes reluctant about them. people have a feeling that if they loose that account they will surely get back due to easy availability of IPT invites every where.
but if i give an invite like fsc or ftn then i know that my invitee will always use the account and will not be pruned due to inactivity. because my invitee knows the cost and value of the invite, they are some hard to get and everyone knows that we need to put a lot of efforts to get into it.
I have myself seen FTN request of some of the great torrentors in many forums, and i have never read a convincing answer why people want FTN.
every one wants to get into FTN because it is ratioless general day tracker.
i think one of the toughest question in torrent world is
"why u want FTN and no other when u can get all the stuffs or even better stuffs from every where else like other trackers, rapidshare megaupload and even from nonprivate trackers"

Incredible. So now you admit that you don't know why you want FTN, but otherwise are just following the herd and "great torrentors" who you see begging their way into FTN? Let me put it this way: Anyone who gives the answer that he's getting into FTN for the no-ratio/content clearly has no idea what they're talking about and are just throwing staple answers for why they want the invite.
Your inviter isn't looking for a paragraph of words that he can otherwise read in hundreds of other requests. Think about it.
As for your argument about levels; completely invalid. I've on occasion sat on accounts of "Level 7" or higher with no intention of ever using them because I didn't "fit in" with where the tracker was going/how the community was behaving. There are, of course, some exceptions where some of the content is worth me sticking around rather than just letting my account rot/get deleted. Just because you get into a "high level" tracker, does not mean there's an impending necessity to utilize its services. People throw away HDBits/FTN/FSC accounts all the time.
By the way, explain to me the difference in detail between IPT and FTN, since your post mentioned both. If you don't know a reasonable difference, you'd best just stick to "low level" IPT.

u think yourself to be over smart
just by having a james bond avtar u dont prove to be smart

I'm not in FTN, and have never been there myself. But to put it simply: FTN's tracker comes second to the community. If you really want content with no ratio, there's a dozen trackers that are not of "high level" that can give you what you want quickly and efficiently, and in certain cases with no ratio as well.
Using staple "Oh but it has rare content ... Oh but it's no ratio ... Oh but it has great pretimes even when it's not raced" only means that you have no idea what you're talking about.
I have no idea how it is down at FTN, but I just had a similar conversation at another tracker with a friend, and we were laughing at how at one point we both called the tracker's members stingy with invites, while we were both sitting with 3+ invites at the time, being stingy ourselves once we got on. There's a gaping difference between sitting on both sides of the fence.
No FTN member (or you'd be hard pressed to find one) would legitimately give away his invite to any person who does not truly stand out of the crowd. If someone will just end up posting "I don't know, but I'm sure nobody else knows" I can't see that leading to anything but a dead end.
Now if he were to tell us more about himself, show us his true colors/behavior instead of being too benevolent to be true, maybe someone will feel for him. For example, when ScL was down, I had no gripes inviting any given person from there to the trackers I love so that they could love the same trackers as much as I do. I did end up getting hordes of imbeciles giving me one liner explanations on why they too should be invited, but they were of no concern to me.
In simpleton terms: Invites are to be used on friends, or people who you have similar expectations from towards the tracker you're inviting them to. Ideally staff and users understand that an invite privileges given to the user, should be used to bring new blood in as stellar as him/herself; in order to better the tracker experience. Given FTN's ecosystem of a close, friendly community, where the tracker comes second; I can hardly see anyone with inivtes on FTN "relating" to a person using "No ratio" as their reason for joining.
Was that sufficient?

not atall
u sound fool when u write more.
just a suggestion
if u cannot help and if u are not in FTN and if really dont know anything in detail, i request u to keep your mouth shut up and leave my thread.
was this clear enough, if yes than u may leave my thread, i have allready written in my original post that please dont make this thread a place for discussion. if u want to discuss or have a war of words then i would be please to make a new thread, and we will see who wins
I'm actually trying to help you, but all I get met with are insults. If you read my posts you'll realize I'm not making fun of you, I'm telling you how to better your approach.
By the way, want me to leave your thread? Let's play a fun game: Make me.
EDIT: Let me explain in even simpler terms. When anyone invites another person, through a legitimate sharing attitude, and not trading, they expect that person to be as much of as an asset to the tracker as they are. If you want proof of this, ask yourself what you would expect of your invitees to do on trackers you invite them to.
Now on a tracker like FTN where community participation is highly valued, more so than swarm activity, why would someone who would love to invite someone to be as active as they are on the forums choose someone who is simply throwing away words like "I love the no ratio factor of the tracker." Is that even simpler?
