First of all it's a new 0day tracker still in beta testing (as you can se from the news). The staff seems to be aquiring seedboxes for realy low pre's and 0day content. Of course nothing can be done without you the users. The source code is TBDev, but i am pretty sure i have not seen a similar arangement or style on any other trackers.

Personally, I think it's nice if you have really fast pres, but we already have enough 0-Day trackers - you should focus on offering something that can't be found elsewhere.
