    Been using Sandboxie since 2007 myself. It's always done me well. And think I tested all new programs and games directly in my computer before...

    Security-wise, a virtual machine would be the best, but it needs a lot of resources and HDD space for the virtual disk.

    Virtualbox with microxp?
    needs about 1gb hdd, and installs in like 15 minutes =3

    Not really.
    Depending if your CPU allows virtualization, you can even assign the maximum amount of cpu load that the virtual OS can take.
    Plus couple of GB's for the virtual machine to run, install ISO and it's done.
    Then use their in built sharing folder, and move the files between the two OS, piece of cake.
    Man, gotta love VMware.
