RegCleaner is a free program. It has a startup menu cleaner. You can find it through your favourite search engine

Yep and you don't have to reboot like msconfig.
Good choice but someone will know better.

what about going to (in xp) Start> All Programs> Startup and deleting what u don't want to startup with windows? that's what i do, anyway
