Ignore option

Is there still an ignore option available and am I just missing it?
I desperately need to to put one or two (specifically one) person on ignore or else his unbelievable arrogance will cause be to say something I will no doubt regret.

Would it be easier to have a "only show posts by these users" list for that purpose?
