Did you guys delete the old NVIDIA folder before installling the new drivers ??
Their is a utilitie on that guru site and it wipes the old nvidia drivers from your pc so it doesnt conflict.
BTW they should have left the name to detonator the new name sounds fkn gay.

Actually ATI's Radeon 9800 XT and NVIDIA's FX 5950 ULTRA are currently very close to eachother in terms of performance and quality, in fact - the 9800 is more powerful than the 5950 in most applications...Originally posted by Majin@26 October 2003 - 00:40

i'm on gf4 mx440 and im using the Starstorm's 45.23 release...it's running really well at the moment...

maybe you can find a modified version of the newest driver from nvidia which runs with better performance/quality, drivers on the site are distinguished by this 2 factors.
