i just want to build new PC and i have some configuration so please advise me if is it ok or not ?

Looks good but personally I don't like the cooler very much. IMO either go watercooled all the way or just get a good air cooler

Well thats better but using the i7 980 ESPECIALLY the extreme edition you would need a much better rad. like a 120.3 with some good fans and a high flow CPU block. That chip gets REALLY REALLY hot so a single 120 rad really won't be any better than one of the good air coolers out there bud. sorry.
