How is XGA screens compared to TFT screens?

dont u mean crt screens? u can get a slightly better picture on a crt, but i find i can look at a tft for slightly longer. but the only reson i have a tft is cause i have a laptop, personally i would spend the money on a quality crt rather than a tft.

u can get at least a 17" crt flatscreen for the price of a 15" tft, or u would prob get a 19" one actually
