    In the polite / formal way, yes, most [younger] people hardly use the word.

    Who actually decides what&#39;s classified as a word? Is it that if a new word becomes more and more used it can then be classified as a word. Or does a person/department decide?

    I&#39;ve often thought that "Tittastic" would make a fine word
