Well before the mods say anything this shouldnt be in the games section because it is a problem shared by any game I play not a single one, and it happens when I dont play games.

Right so heres the problem, my computer freezes completely, cant move my mouse or ctrl + alt + del or anything, the only fix is the restart button, I first noticed it playing games, sometimes I would pause my game and go somewhere then come back and its completely frozen on me, at first I thought my computer misses me so it commits temporary suicide, but then it started happen during the games I play and now it happens when I am using windows normally, like just surfing the net using IE downloading using IRC and winamp in the background, its seriously beginning to annoy me because sometimes I dont save games or work and it crashes.

    So whats the problem here?

Told ya this ones a hard one

I suppose the first thing to try is rebooting in SAFE mode and see if it still crashes

    Might that be your problem?
Do you have any type of RAM monitor so you can see your allocated/free resources?
