Hectually, I only threw in the scars thing as a reference to Jaws. But, hey, you knewed that, I'd like to think.
Uncannily I do sport a physical deformity somewhat correspondent to yours. Only mines is better, obviousement. I was the victim of a gravitational attack which compelled me to fall groundwards at a speed. Me elbow got scuppered in the melee between me and the laws of physics.
I beep going through airports. True story.
