Tomorow on 19.04.10 ScP will ban a few countrys. Thoose are:
.RO, .IL, .CN and .UA
We have joined in the support irc of ScP and the we have the confirmation. A few users (from thoose countrys) will remain.

It's a tendency to ban a mass of IP?
Totally stupid,all Romanian (for example) aren't cheaters.
This tracker is still young,and need more activity before ban Ip lists..
