I'm sorry that many ScL members feel left out. But because of the severe amount of inactive users we had, we decided to take this route and start with a fresh userdb, manually invite that group, and encourage the rest to send in an invite application as per the instructions in the original post. If you were a good and active member you should have no problem being approved.

It has nothing to do with trying to be "elite" or secretive as some seems to think.

You should be lucky that you still have the old user database with all the emails. Other new trackers would pay for such a huge list of potential new members.

The biggest problem for new scene trackers nowadays is the lack of active members.

Unless you have a lot of money on your hands a new scene tracker won't survive with only 2000-3000 members. Always remember that you're offering content that can be found on every other scene tracker.

Look at the other newish scene trackers who made it hard for users to join in the beginning.

They all opened signups or made it easier for people to join. You know why? Because they can't compete with the established scene trackers and are desperately seeking more members.

    I'd use that database.

P.S. Is the site hosted on OVH or not?

It's hosted on a Kimsufi box, so yes, OVH.

Day by day I am more disapointed by this tracker.

I liked the theme in the start but then I noticed that is a combination between SCC v2 and FTN ( the banner ). Also, it's too dark and tiring. btw, leet site = grunge theme.

Too many people in staff and most of them have nothing to do with being staff. Some l33t children and that's all.

They already banned Israel and Romania because they heard .ro and .il are nono countries. They simply couldn't see how things work for them.

    name fail?! :"SeX" ( ) .

    No FTP axx.

    15000 torrents = 15 k spam releases.

Staff say they don't want to be l33t but they are trying so hard to be.

=> Fail tracker. They have much support from people and are very encouraged but they fail too hard. This won't be any sct like tracker by far.

The most important thing to any 0-day bt site... I don't understand how they can claim to have fast pretimes with no ax -> probably just to up the hype I suppose.

Pro tip for staff: list irc.p2p-net.eu
