not even why do you want the invite
you want to break trackers rules you have to know you're risking your account
that's why I don't do High-Level giveaways in public, only on some Power-User-Only forums in some trackers, of course there's no way to be sure that the person you're inviting is gonna be a good member, but try to respect the tracker you're using.
I don't really care if the user is breaking some rules, my problem is with disrespecting the tracker, do public giveaways.. I don't care.. but if you were gonna do it, do it right, or don't do it at all.
and one more thing, I don't judge based on the level number, for me TvT.com is High-Level, and so is BitSpyder, when I do giveaways I try to take care and be sure who I'm inviting, yes I'm breaking the tracker's rules.. but I can be 90% sure I'm bringing a good member
    No one cares

Normally I would be ask something like 'What happened to your old account " or "Isn't it one account per lifetime?" but I doubt in this thread if it would make a bit of difference.

Really people, don't you see that by posting your emails here you're making it extra easy for you not be able to be invited using that email at all.. and let's say you were invited (and that's what a smart staff would do) you're IP will be stored and your inviter will get into lots of troubles
    just get it already!!!

i mean honestly tho you are breaking the rules by giving away invites anyways so you are no better than the person doing this giveaway... yeah maybe the OP could have gone about this better but ppl can fake ratio proofs and speedtests as well and there is no way of knowing if someone is going to be a good user no matter what you do. I have given away invites here to ppl i thought would be good users only to find that the accounts would eventually sit there unused... honestly this way is probably as good as any considering the avg quality of member on this site.

I just want to see how you react when someone gives away a site you want like this... are you going to say no because you dont feel its the right way to do it? for some reason i highly doubt that so dont be a hypocrite

    anonymous0711 spoke the truth.

and why would you only give "low-levels" invites on public forums ? what makes their rules less valuable ?
whenever people agree with me, i always feel i must be wrong.

You can easily get back in if caught and banned.

Using the same argument, don't you "break the rules" too?

there is no way of knowing if someone is going to be a good user no matter what you do
I believe I've made that point clear.

I just want to see how you react when someone gives away a site you want like this... are you going to say no because you dont feel its the right way to do it?
Did happene, with KG invite, I agreed with cinephilia that the giver should have requested more info, but people didn't post their emails publicly, risking everyone who got an invite and the inviter him/herself

but ppl can fake ratio proofs and speedtests
I'd like to see faking profile links and speedtests from speedtest.net

and why would you only give "low-levels" invites on public forums ? what makes their rules less valuable ?
I have no respect for ANY rule, I have respect for parties involved with rule, the rule itself is nothing.. the tracker should be respected, I don't respect ratio rules, but I respect that I should seed to people the same way others seeded to me, the rule itself doesn't mean anything to me! the same for the rules about respecting tracker staff, I don't respect the rule, but I respect that staff giving away their time for me to be able to watch that BBC-Horizon episode should be respected
and I offer my respect based on the tracker, I say it loud and clear, I respect TvT.com/BitMeTV/BitSpyder/TL more than RevTT/ScienceHD
that's what I was adopted to during my private torrenting life, I don't have to justify why.

You can easily get back in if caught and banned.
for me RevTT is low-level, and TvT.com is high-level although it's the other way around.
I don't make candy giveaways for TvT.com, if I want to make public giveaway for TvT.com I'll ask many questions, I'll ask for speedtests, profile links, and some people don't like it, they don't get invited, that happened with many of my BitSpyder giveaways.
