    Who REALLY gives a monkies about the new iPhone? Honestly? If someone said 'Guess the new features' you'd probably not be far off.

    I think they guy they would really like to talk to is the guy who "found" it, tried "really hard" to return it to the Apple employee, and then flogged it to Gizmodo for $5k....

    They should have known Apple would come after it.

    A better way of doing things might have been to leave all faces out of the recording, and have a friend do the voice over of the video. Then say it was "sent in from an anonymous user"... or something like that.
    So after repeated attempts of trying to notify Apple that they had a leaked prototype of the iPhone, only to have Apple ignore it as a petty rumor, what the hell gives them the right to knock down someone's house? Irony much? And what were they supposed to do? Waste more time trying to help Apple, which clearly doesn't seem to want it?

    And it's a fucking tech editor for crying out loud, not some crime ring that's been in operation for years. Did they ever think of knocking?
