What's exactly the "collector" word means?. Is it movie collector, invite collector or account collector?. So what if a person only use tracker occasionally like, is he counted as collector too?

A collector is someone with a goal of getting on every private tracker he can, specially those rare/high-level ones, while most of the time he'll only keep his account alive by logging in every now and then, or maintaining the bare minimum of activity required to do so.

Regarding your other question, in my eyes, someone that uses a site occasionally, only when he needs a file from it, isn't a collector, specially if we're talking about a niche tracker.
