Emule Servers?

I installed emule, (After A Format&#33 and now it wont connect, it has a few servers, but just doest connect! Got any ideas, something to do with a .met file maybe?

im running version 0.29 no probs with updating server list . but good point. is 0.30 worth upgrading to?
