According to a press releaseyesterday, Business Marketing Services Inc. has agreed to pay $10million for the name and assets of BitTorrent monster The Pirate Bay.
CEO Hans Pandeya, who most people know from his Global GamingFactory fame, will relaunch the the site on June 30th this year as a“paid legal content site”.

“The technology out there to deliver entertainment is from the stone age,” Pandeya said.
