I am downloading "Swimming Pool", but it is dubbed (in polish?). Is there a way to remove just the dubbing?

What do u mean "dubbed" Do u mean subbed? If so there is a way but doing it will make the movie less enjoyable because u will have to use a border to cover it up.

No, dubbed, someone speaking the dialogue in polish, with the original speech still being there

The only way u could remove that is to get just the audio in english.

yes, that requires another download and i haven't found it yet; i was hoping it might be a separate audio stream that could somehow be removed

VirtualDub or NanDub can do that.
NanDub: Open the file, under VIDEO select "direct stream copy." Under AUDIO select "no audio." Then under FILE select "save as avi" (or F7) and give it a new name.
You now have a movie with no audio.
VirtualDub should be very similar.
Warning: Do not use "Full processing mode"

You can also just save the wave file to extract audio only. I'm not sure about AC3 extraction from AVI.

Regardless if u extract it it will still be the same way. That won't take the dub off.
