After apologizing to the OP, I get all the servers connected and the green stuff.. well green, every page I try to open I get blank screen, right now I'm using FreeGate (Can't access SourceForge or YouTube).. argggg!!
P.S: all the setup and the localhost proxy thing (like other torrent thingy ) all correct, maybe it's a problem in the ISP or something

Clear your temp folder, reboot, and run Ultrasurf again. This will make it draw new servers from the pool, hopefully solving your problem. If not, another app you can try is PaperBus. SF and YT aren't blocked, but the downside is that it'll open an ad page in your browser every 1-2 hours.
