also have you tried uninstalling tcp/ip etc and all that then reinstall all the protocols you need?

I had the same problem when running bittorent, I kept getting BSOD. I posted it in another thread some time ago.

read up...there is, just it doesnt pop out like the one in win98... the BSOD in XP usually pops out when you have faulty drivers or hardware, usually something wrong with hardware.

go into your bios and max out the settings on your ram...that should help ya jokes but i have seen it and everytime was related to hardware
