i personal dont like screeners that well, maybe its just me, but seeing "DO NOT COPY" or "IF YOU HAVE RENTED THIS MOVIE, PLEASE CONTACT US" and the b/w scenes just kinda kills the movie

i got a question about screeners. i d/l p.o.c. from irc and it have an area at the bottom of the picture that was blurred (i think it might have been a time stamp).
Was this a screener? How do they blur it anyways?

They blur using a program
I have a program somewhere that lets you edit AVI and MPEGs. You can add special effects in and blank parts.
