i think that any one can deal with a tracker level one can deal with tracker level ten

True story: one guy came into bh's forum with Google Translated sentences (was very awful, dont try at home), he asked for a *Level 7* invite(!), and he got it(!!). I could not believe it if i havent seen it with my eyes.
