When unzipping Avid DV Express 3.5 it says that I should burn the image to disk. But there is only a .BIN file and Nero needs a .Cue file, right? So where is it? Can I make one myself or am I doing something stupid here?
Thanks!

Personaly I always use cdrwin to burn images. Norton messes with images
Plus cdrwin sometimes doesn't need cue files.
You mean Nero, I suppose...Originally posted by leonidas@30 October 2003 - 16:33

Otherewise you could always use Bin2Iso. It converts a.bin file to an .iso file so it can be burned as an iso image.

why is their so much mis-information about bin & cues?
you don't have to convert it to iso
you don't have to even have a cue, and if you really want one, its a notepad file, just copy any other cue and replace the name of the bin, or just load the bin and choose raw data
fight the ignorance on bin/cue's
I don't agree with your opinion but I do agree with your tips.Originally posted by muchspl2@30 October 2003 - 20:54

I was simply pointing out at another option if the .cue is missing. If there are more options to someone's question/problem, then it is nice to know them so you can see for yourself which one to use or which one does the work for you.

well correct me if I'm wrong
if you convert it to iso, doesn't it make 2 files instead of 1
if you extract it (winiso-isobuster) don't you make another file(just as big) that you then have to load
I think the best way is daemon tools, but if you have to burn, no point to convert if you can just burn without any excess crap (common miss information)
Nope, I used Bin2Iso for Halo cause of missing the .cue. It converted it into 1 ISO file. I burned that with Nero and the game works well.
