When I played Doom 3 the first time i really couldn't understand why people were scared by it, it was just silly. The about half a year later I got a new computer and tried playing it again, and I was almost scared witless even before I passed the intro.

That really happens. Graphics do all the difference when it comes to gaming experience! That's why I avoid playing some games when I can't run it the right way with my computer and that's why I'll probably play Crysis again in 10 to 15 years! =P
