I hav downloaded acp and installed aswell as tmpgenc and i've set the path for it aswell. Then i hav made set the output for the finished files and loaded a file. Then when i have done that on the conversion section i can press start. However there is a pulldown bar that choses audio extraction, coding, video extracton, coding and mux. If i press start it runs the audio, do i need to let it run all of those proccesses above and then wont i end up with a audio and video to burn?

make sure that the option "only selected phase" above the start button is unchecked. this will do all the processes one after another and you will get the final kvcd.
