I have jsut removed everyones referrals, 180,000+ in the system and about 2800 have been used in the past 2 months.

Time to rethink our stratagy.

you could do what RevoTT did one time...you give everyone 3 referrals and then you give them a limited amount of time to use all 3 of those invites - but one of the stipulations is that all of the new invitees must have a positive ratio with 25gigs uploaded(or whatever you choose).

and if the person is able to meet those stipulations you give them some kind of new User Class and maybe VIP access for a limited amount of time...or some kind of incentive for inviting good users

Well it was only going to last for another 3 days anyway, then i would have removed them regardless, but thought i would do it now.

VIP are VIP on BCG (not just anyone), only certain members get it, and X Staff, we only have 50 VIPs so giving them a promotion to that class is a no no.

We will sort something out.
