Your best bet is to edit your HOSTS file to block websites.
See the TIPS section for a very useful guide.

Add the sites to the HOSTS file, this is the best way.
Or do You really want to install some software just for this?

You find the HOSTS file in Windows XP here:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS
Open the file with notepad or any simular, You'll understand how it works when You see all the other sites.
For an example:
127.0.0.1 www.kazaagold.com (This will BLOCK kazaagold.com)
Save the file and You're done!

no you just use 127.0.0.1 and the website url

is there a way of when the person tries to go to the restricted site u can state a message such as " Acess Deined" Instaed of "The Page Cannot Be Displayed"?
