just to warn all avoid this guy SeedFox UK LTD paid for a dedi box 50 pound for 1gbps had max up of 3.1 meg max down as 2.3 meg ftp speed 160kb/s so i msn him and said i want money back as server not as described the guy banned my ip from his support page and closed my nx client so im 50 quid down used box for 8 hrs avoid just a heads up

Did you pay with a credit card / paypal? If so issue a charge back.

He tryed a paypal chargeback and lost and why?

Lets take a look at the reasons why you were banned shall we:

You were blocked form my MSN for foul and abusive lauguage and told to use our support sytem from now on.

Next thing to happen (without further comunication) was a paypal dispute.

We won the dispute after providing paypal with his ip address that they were able to ping.

As per our T&C's his account was suspended...

so why is his ip now banned from seedfox uk ltd.....

This is why:

lol every site im on ip torrent, another torrent site ,another torrent site, another torrent site all seedbox reviews u gunna get the worst reviews and i see u soon m8 later hope u buy your dead mom a drink with that 50 lol

Seriously from your own admition we are the 20th seedbox company you have used...I wonder why? is perhaps you simply dont know what you are doing..

Anyway i wont be getting drawn into an argument with you on here, just putting our side of the story .

And just so you all know the box he was on was an FDC dedi box bassed in the US.
And it will go 20 up and 40 down very easily if the seed/leech is right.

What makes me choke is the fact he is willing to report us to the police for having ilegal files on our servers, by doing that he is causing trouble for the whole torrent community, trackers, other users etc

And all because he thought he was on a shared box and not a dedicated, which as you will see he eventually says sorry for, when he finds a torrent with seedbox seeders on and the speed goes through the roof.

Also his box is still live, sat here doing nothing, so if someone with good standing on here would like to use it untill it runs out and is re-sold, and will report back here on its performance, let me know and i will set you up on it.
