In the former case, you've joined the wrong room. In the latter, just be patient and you should be helped soon.

Nope, you should disconnect, type this:

/server irc.revolutiontt.net

Then press ENTER, then type this:

/join #help

That should get you going

Gettin´autoconnected to quakenet all the time.

In field 1, type "RevolutionTT". In field 2, "irc.revolutiontt.net" (without the quotes). Click Add, then choose it from the list and click on Connect. You can then type the /join #help command.
