Why is letting them die better than giving them to someone who will use them? Waste of perfectly good buffer.

Because you don`t have any requirements for example hah it`s too easy for the applicants. Make it a little bit harder in order to find out who is the best one of them. I gave away one account recently to a very good friend of the BT world and i am sure that i made the right choice. I propose you to make just the same
