Wild Bytes-how can I reset my password????

I have been trying to login to wild bytes, but for some reason it is not letting me. Maybe I forgot the password. I swear I am using the right one. I am 1 attempt away from banning my IP. I have tried resetting it, but it says that I have not set a security question/answer yet. I thought I had. I tried clicking on the email link on the homepage, and it isnt working. So, I installed IRC went to the the wild bytes server, and went into both the banned and wild bytes areas, and waited PATIENTLY like they ask for well over an hour. I have gotten 0 responses. I just need to have it reset. Can someone give me an email address to someone in the admin, or SOME way to get a hold of someone to help reset my password?
