From what I've read on one of ringhunter's posts, you need an Slovenian IP to register. Get a friend from there to do it for you, or find a .si proxy.

thanks man , that sux and reminds me of Zamunda. i just hope i'll get more lucky than zamunda and find some working proxy.
Didn,t want to create another similar thread,
does anyone know of a good Slovenian proxy so I could signup for partis account. Been trying to find anything good but all of them give me 500 error when i click on register.

Well not quite , i can fill it all alright but when i click on Registracija I get

Uncheck "remove scripts," from the phproxy options. You'd think this is basic knowledge nowadays.

I was told that partis is something like zamunda (huge amount of torrents, man I miss that tracker) and if that's the case partis is an interesting alternative.
