Thread: WMP error.... help joining files?

    Hello.. i am having a problem about the movie i download
    the movie file is split in four parts the problem is only the first part is working then when i run the 2nd part of the movie my media player displayed an error it says it cannot render the file then when i check on the properties on each movie file i download, the file type is 001 & 002 to 004 ~~> WTF is this?? how can i play the whole movie??

    the movie title is twilight Saga

    PLEASE HELP ME I DUNNO WHAT TO DO.....

    Get a file joiner such as FFSJ and assemble the four parts together.

    I would like to point out that not all files with the .001 .002 etc. extensions are created by a joiner like HJSplit or FFSJ. Some guys out there actually rename their files and add the extension 001 to them to throw you off and make it hard for you to extract the video. What I found though is you can use the freeware 7Zip to open the first file 001 and then drag and drop out the movie into the same folder. So if HJSplit or FFSJ do not give you a playable video, try the 7Zip drag and drop method.
