Just because your IP is dynamic doesn't mean its respective country changes every time you reboot your modem. If you look closer, the first 1-2 numbers of it remain the same.

Both of which can be traced to Romania. You'll have trouble if someone trades an account with you and isn't from that country. Furthermore, you've only made it much easier for the HDBits staff to find you, posting your IP ranges in public.

Why should a Romanian guy, tell that his location is from USSR (like R888)?
Romanians don't have a good reputation among the traders, and details like this make the other guys VERY suspicious !!!
