change your cd-key for steam? is it possible if so how?

or wait do you just make another account?

i think you just go into regedit and change your cs1.5 key and it auto changes the cs 1.6 steam key.

i have a cd key changer that my friend uses but i dont use it.

i dont think that works but when i make a new account it asks for 1? so if i use that account am i using the my 2nd cd-key?

hmm yeah your probably right, i have a bout 4 different acounts for steam with 4 diff cd keys, but i dunno if it actually uses them.


the only way to check is play with 1 count on a server that has stats, then check if you get ranked, then the next day play with the other acount and username and change your name and see if your ranked under a diff name.
