This thread is regarding the posting of the NZBs, not downloading. When uploading NZBs, .nzb and .zip are supported.

But to answer your question, the options for downloading are NZB and ZIP. There is no RAR support at the moment.
To download as a zipped nzb, when you go to download instead of clicking "Create .NZB" click ".ZIP" beside it.
