It certainly looks like they recruit through interviews.
You gotta join the IRC interview rooms though.

Yes, it's an IRC interview if I remember correctly, not invite applications as in PTN or CN.

When I go to MIRC #BTN-Invites
it's saying unable to join channel (invite only)
any idea, how to join that channel.

Hah, the channel to get invited to the site is invite-only itself!
You can wait until a more knowledgeable member posts here, or maybe go to #support and ask?

If the site has Interview channel then why I am gona asking for the invite to a member.
Yes the problem is fixed, I think BTN staff reading the FST.
