Not necessarily.

My recommendation is to check your potential invitee's post history first. This way you can know how much he's contributed to this forum.

Interesting.. You will never know if they will use it though until after they've joined, and it's too late. Anyhow, it's your giveaway, your rules. Hope you have good luck with your invitees.
