I looked pretty much everywhere,torrent or DDL, that I can think of without any luck.That only leaves newsgroups(very unlikely) or Emule .
Thing is like most made for TV movies it would tend to be less available never having been (properly) released on either DVD or VHS.
Your best bet is probably to request on a site known for filling unusual requests or if you really need to see it and don't mind forking over a little cash then ebay or here

Anyway the movie looks very interesting and I wouldn't mind seeing it myself ( being one of the few apparently not annoyed by Keanu).

Idol, I will try to make a deal with ioffer and I have also been talking to a guy from IMDB that claims to have a copy from GottaSeeDVD (it has Chinese subs hard coded)

If I make any progress and am able to obtain this, I will up it at KG if possible
